Experience that stays in the family.
For the Livshyts family, stone is knowledge passed from one generation to the next: how to read a block, understand a surface and resolve a difficult detail. INSTECH, the family stone business established in Kyiv in 1993, gave that knowledge an industrial scale, combining international sourcing, fabrication and installation.
INSTECH's portfolio spans private homes, hotels, business centres and public buildings. From the stone façades of Hilton Kyiv and Astarta to the radial marble staircase at Regent Hill, this work has shaped the family's understanding of material, scale and precision. That manufacturing heritage is the foundation on which LLAB SWISS builds its own project work.
